Fiesta in Leon.

Leon is my late father's name.

Families out enjoying the fiesta with their children. Parents are noticeably younger here compared with New Zealand.

Put your shoes here on these metal plates. Just like Mama next to us. Mama has plastic bags over her feet while the shoeshine man polishes her sandals.

If I had been wearing my bike boots I would have got them polished.

Bubbles in the air...

Tossing big pencil shaped balloons.

Young dancers at the folkloric dancing festival.

Here is the soloist with her family.

We should all dance more...

Friends and Lovers arm in arm as the sun sets.
